Terms & Conditions

All quotations for floor sanding & polishing are based on the visible condition of the floor at the time of inspection. Hidden issues such as structural damage, moisture problems, uneven subfloors, etc, may become apparent during the process. Quoted prices are valid for a limited period and may change if project conditions change. 

Furniture and breakable items must be removed before service. You ensure access to the working area at the scheduled time. Delays caused by incomplete site preparation may result in rescheduling.

We use professional grade machinery and materials, but the final results depend on the floor’s existing condition. The expert team will try to remove certain cracks, deep scratches, or uneven surfaces. But in some cases, it may not be removable. Overall, the restored floors appear brand new and will show significant improvement in finish and durability.

Polishing or coating treatments require proper drying and curing time. Clients must follow care instructions and must avoid foot traffic or furniture placement if the floor does not dry. Failure to follow care guidelines may affect the finish quality. 

Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice. Full payment is due upon project completion. Late payments will result in service suspension or additional charges. If you want to reschedule or cancel the services, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.  Late cancellations may incur charges of labour or material costs. 

Warranty terms vary depending on floor type and treatment. We are not responsible for hidden damages or issues caused by poor existing installation. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
